Gorbachev visit gains attention

International media will be flocking to Iceland in October for the twentieth anniversary of the historic meeting between Mikhail Gorbachev and Ronald Reagan. Gorbachev wil be lecturing in Háskólabío on October 12th to commemorate the Höfði House meeting twenty years ago.

 A number of international newspapers, magazines and television stations are coming for the lecture, including CNN and CBS. The lecture is open to all and tickets are available on www.concert.is and www.midi.is and at Skífan stores throughout Iceland.
